Questions

Is it free to try?

Yes. The first time you sign in with Google, you get free credits, enough for 1 portrait with Nano Banana Pro or 2 with GPT Image 2. Free portraits have a watermark. Each Google account gets the free credits once, even if the account is deleted and made again.

How do I remove the watermark?

Buy any credit pack. The watermark comes off every portrait in your account that hasn't expired, including the free ones you made earlier. Credits from a redeem code don't remove it.

Will the portrait look like my pet?

We aim for a portrait you'll recognize, but AI results vary and it won't be an exact copy. A clear, front-facing photo in good light works best, and you can add up to 3 photos of the same pet. Unusual markings are harder to get right. If a portrait has an obvious flaw, like extra legs or the wrong animal, email it to us within 7 days. If the flaw is clear, we can give back the credits for that portrait.

What kind of photo works best?

One pet, facing the camera with both eyes visible, in bright, even light, with no people in the frame. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each.

Which pets can I use?

Any pet: dogs, cats, rabbits and more, one pet per portrait. Results can vary more for pets other than dogs and cats.

Do you print or ship portraits?

No. You get a digital image file to download. You can print it yourself.

How long do you keep my photos?

We delete your photos and portraits after 7 days, and you can delete them sooner. To make a portrait, we send your photo to our AI provider, KIE. KIE keeps uploaded photos for up to 3 days and finished images for up to 14 days, and we can't delete its copies sooner. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Are the portraits AI-generated? Which models do you use?

Yes. Every portrait is made by AI. It isn't hand-painted or photographed. We make portraits with Google Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image), ByteDance Seedream 5.0 Pro and OpenAI GPT Image 2, through our AI provider, KIE. You choose the model when you generate; each one costs a different number of credits, shown before you start.

Can I get a refund?

Credits you've used can't be refunded. If you haven't used any credits from a pack, email us within 7 days of buying it for a full refund. If you were charged twice, we'll refund the extra payment. A person on our team handles every request. Your legal rights are not affected. If a portrait fails, its credits come back automatically.

Can I use my portraits commercially?

Yes, as far as the law and our AI providers' terms allow. Only upload photos you have the right to use. In some countries AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright. See our Terms of Service.
